We are excited to announce that Iberfar, a leading pharmaceutical contract manufacturer, has implemented the Vimachem Weigh & Dispense and Manufacturing Analytics & OEE modules—two key modules of our composable Vimachem Pharma MES platform, designed exclusively for the specific needs of the Life Sciences industry. This implementation marks a significant advancement in Iberfar’ s commitment to operational excellence and digital transformation.

The Vimachem Pharma MES platform is engineered to deliver reliable, data-driven digital pharma manufacturing solutions that streamline processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and enhance productivity across the pharmaceutical manufacturing lifecycle. By activating our modules, Iberfar has achieved:

• Consistent Quality – With the Weigh & Dispense module integrated across 3 weighing rooms and 9 Mettler Toledo scales, Iberfar now benefits from enhanced quality control, drastically reducing the risk of human error and ensuring product consistency.
• Enhanced Compliance – Our solutions are fully aligned with regulatory standards, providing Iberfar with a robust framework to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements like FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
• Increased Operational Efficiency – The Weigh & Dispense module digitizes the weighing process, and the Manufacturing Analytics & OEE module, integrated with 4 Marchesini packaging lines, delivers real-time visibility into equipment performance, allowing for swift corrective actions and minimizing downtime.
