Maintenance check list
Visual inspection of the mechanical setup, cables and connections. Cleaning the weighing systems.
Optimization of the system. Preparation of calibration. Support of the calibration together with the responsible calibration service.
Static checking and adjustment of the weigh cell with weights which are approved for Calibrations. If necessary, dynamic checking of the weigh cell by detection of the dynamic accuracy by means of original products. Checking and documentation of the slope- and corner-load-deviation. Checking and documentation of the reproducibility.
Checking of the joints, mountings, tightness and smooth running. Initiator and light barrier. Checking of the function and the position of initiator and light barriers.
Function control. Checking of the touch position and the backlight.
Checking of the motors. Replacement of the timing belts. Adjustment of the belt tension. Adjustment and control of the belt run, checking the belts for damage.
Creating a maintenance protocol. Compile a backup. Recommendation of a spare parts package during the maintenance by a technician.
